Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Eligible Items
- Items received in damaged or defective condition
- Wrong item received
- Item not matching the product description
- Items in original, unused condition with packaging intact
Non-Eligible Items
- Items used, assembled, or with signs of wear
- Items with missing parts or original packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to your orders
- Select the order and click the return button
- Choose the reason for return and submit
- Our team will review and approve the return request
- A pickup will be scheduled or you will receive shipping instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
