Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Lavrit account and associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

From the mobile app

  1. Open the Lavrit app.
  2. Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm by entering your password (or re-authenticating with Google).
  6. Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days.

From the website

  1. Sign in at lavrit.com/auth/login.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Click Delete Account and confirm.

By email

If you cannot access your account, email dolphinsupermart@gmail.com from the address registered on your account with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Saved addresses
  • Saved payment tokens (card references held by the payment provider)
  • Wishlist and saved items
  • Reviews and review photos you have posted
  • Session tokens and authentication data

What is retained

Order records (order ID, date, item list, totals, tax, shipping destination city/state) are retained in anonymized form for up to 8 years to meet tax, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations required by law. Anonymized records cannot be linked back to you.

Timeline

  • Immediately: you are signed out on all devices and your account cannot be used to sign in.
  • Within 30 days: personal data is permanently deleted from our production systems.
  • Within 90 days: personal data is removed from encrypted backups.
