Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Lavrit account and associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
From the mobile app
- Open the Lavrit app.
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by entering your password (or re-authenticating with Google).
- Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days.
From the website
- Sign in at lavrit.com/auth/login.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Click Delete Account and confirm.
By email
If you cannot access your account, email dolphinsupermart@gmail.com from the address registered on your account with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Saved addresses
- Saved payment tokens (card references held by the payment provider)
- Wishlist and saved items
- Reviews and review photos you have posted
- Session tokens and authentication data
What is retained
Order records (order ID, date, item list, totals, tax, shipping destination city/state) are retained in anonymized form for up to 8 years to meet tax, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations required by law. Anonymized records cannot be linked back to you.
Timeline
- Immediately: you are signed out on all devices and your account cannot be used to sign in.
- Within 30 days: personal data is permanently deleted from our production systems.
- Within 90 days: personal data is removed from encrypted backups.
